Front Desk and Reception
General Conditions
- Pets (cats or dogs weighing up to 25 kg) are allowed to stay in the Hotel with the Guest, as well as service dogs and guide dogs (hereinafter collectively referred to as “pet” or “animal”). Small breed dogs are allowed to stay with the Guest only with prior approval from the Hotel administration. Without such approval, only service dogs may stay with the Guest upon presentation of a document confirming the Guest’s affiliation with a federal canine service, and proof of the dog’s training. Guide dogs are permitted with documentation confirming the Guest’s visual impairment and the dog’s special training.
- Upon check-in with a pet, the Guest must read the “Rules for Guests with Pets” and sign to confirm acceptance of these terms.
- Accommodation with a pet is permitted only with an international veterinary passport (as defined by the Unified Veterinary Requirements of the Customs Union Decision No. 317 of June 18, 2010), which includes information about the pet and its owner, as well as records of necessary vaccinations. Rabies vaccination must be administered at least 30 days and no more than 12 months prior to arrival.
- The pet owner must inform the Hotel at the time of booking about their intention to stay with a pet and provide details (breed, age, size, weight, and any special characteristics). “Albergo” Hotel (hereinafter – the Hotel) has established guidelines for staying with pets.
Pet Owner’s Obligations to the Hotel:
- The Guest must bring a special carrier (cage) and a mat/bed for the pet.
- The Guest must bring their own food and water bowls for the pet. If needed, the Hotel may provide bowls upon request. The Guest must notify the front desk at check-in.
- For pets that do not require outdoor walks, the Guest must bring a litter tray or other absorbent pads.
- Dogs must be walked only in designated areas and must wear a collar and leash.
- For daily cleaning and/or minor repairs, the Guest must ensure the pet is not in the room during these services and must hang the appropriate sign on the door. Without the sign, these services will not be performed.
- The pet may remain in the room without the owner only with prior approval from the Hotel administration.
Prohibited Actions by the Pet Owner:
- Feeding or giving water to the pet using Hotel dishware is not allowed, except for items specially provided at check-in.
- Brushing, grooming (clipping, shaving, or plucking), or cutting pet nails is not allowed in the room.
- Leaving the pet unattended in the room outside of a closed carrier (cage) is prohibited.
Hotel-Imposed Restrictions on Guests with Pets:
- The pet owner bears full responsibility for proper care of the pet during their stay.
- The pet owner is liable for any damage caused by the pet to Hotel property. In case of damage, the Guest must fully compensate the Hotel for any loss based on the cost of repairs or replacement.
Guest Responsibility:

- On the day of arrival with a pet, the Guest must pay a fee starting from 1,000 RUB per night.
- At check-out, the housekeeping staff will inspect the room. If any damage is found, a Damage Report will be completed indicating the value of damaged items according to the price list.
- The Hotel reserves the right to terminate the agreement with the Guest in case of:
- Violation of these Rules.
- Aggressive, disruptive, or noisy behavior of the pet that disturbs other guests.
